Staff meeting day - a bit frosty out there!

DAILY PRAYERS:
Prayed for 65 members of my family (saved and unsaved)
Prayed for the Salvation Praying Group to increase to 12 by the end of the year.
Prayed for the Power Hour of Prayer Group to increase to 24 by the end of the year.
Prayed for church average attendance to continue to increase to 150 by the end of the year.
Prayed for 29 prayer warriors by name
Prayed for 40 church members by name
Prayed for 100 of the lost
Prayed forgiveness of any sin I may  have committed and I pray for wisdom & guidance

PRAISES AND BLESSINGS:
I praise the Lord that my relationship with Him grows daily. He is truly becoming my friend and the person I turn to first.

BIBLE READING:
1 Corinthians chapter 2
The verse that stand out to me today reminds me how good God is to me beyond my wildest imagination!
9 "But, as it is written: "What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the human heart conceived, what God has prepared for those who love Him"
One of God's awesome promises for me! I can't wait to find out!!!

BOOK READING:
"Listening for God" by Marilyn Hontz
Started Part 3, chapter 10 (pages 123-127)
This reminds me that if a thought to do something for someone comes into my mind it is probably from God and I need to pay attention. That is called listening to God. Sometimes He needs to bop me on the head a couple of times!


MY CALL TO ACTION TODAY:
Listen for God's instructions. I need to pay attention to what He puts before me or in my thoughts - those are His ways of communicating and I must not miss those opportunities.
