May 31, 2018 Thursday

I guess because of my knee pain, I think I can have a grumpy attitude! Well, I try not to let others see it ... but I sure feel it. I do not want to pray, I do not want to go to prayer tonight, I do not want to blog today, I am not sure what I want!!!

PRAISES AND BLESSINGS:
I am thankful that I can let my knee rest today and hopefully heal.

BIBLE READING:
1 Timothy 4
A time will come when people will denounce their faith and follow false teachings. It is so important to stay in the Word and know God's truths. We must not neglect the gifts God has given us and we must put them into practice.

 BOOK READING:
"TOO BUSY NOT TO PRAY" by Bill Hybels
To pray a prayer so filled with faith that it can move a mountain we need to shift the focus from the size of the mountain to the sufficiency of the mountain mover, and step forward in obedience. As we walk with Him our faith will grow and our confidence will increase and our prayers will have power.

MY CALL TO ACTION TODAY/MY TIME OF SILENCE NOTES:
I need to really spend more time in silence today and hear what the Lord wants to tell me about my attitude.

Have a blessed day.
