May 2, 2018 Wednesday

Today I am heading to the Portland area with Doug and Shirley to look at two more pop-up tent campers. It looks like an incredibly beautiful day. Praying one of these two is the one ... I have yard work to get done! I am praying that God will give me wisdom about purchasing one of these campers.

DAILY PRAYERS:
Prayed for 66 members of my family.
Prayed for 18 prayer warriors by name
Prayed for 54 church members by name
Praying for 50 people from our lost list by name.

Prayed for the (9) personal requests that have been confidentially asked of me to pray.
Prayed forgiveness of any sin I may have committed. I pray for wisdom, guidance and ears to hear and for feet to follow.
Pray for our church to be a house of prayer and the prayer life of the congregation to be elevated.
Prayed for the Salvation Praying Group to increase.
Prayed for the Power Hour of Prayer Group to increase.
Prayed for church average attendance to continue to increase to 150 by the end of the year.
Pray for my dear friend Donna every day!

PRAISES AND BLESSINGS:
The sunshine is a blessing - I love sunny days. Thank You Jesus!!!

BIBLE READING:
Galatians 4
Paul asks how could anyone that knows God want to go back to being a slave to the enemy. We are free in Christ!!! Oh that others would embrace that.

 BOOK READING:
"TOO BUSY NOT TO PRAY" by Bill Hybels
God's power is released into the lives of people that pray! It is hard for God to release his power in your life when you put your hands in your pockets and say, "I can handle it on my own." Prayerless people cut themselves off from God's power and that leads them to feelings of being overwhelmed, overrun, beaten down, pushed around and defeated. So many settle for that - don't be one of them! I want to be like Aaron or Hur and help others as they helped Moses hold up his hands in prayer. Help me Lord to inspire others to pray. Help me to be like an Aaron or Hur!

MY CALL TO ACTION TODAY/MY TIME OF SILENCE NOTES:
My thoughts are not to be discouraged and just to continue to ask the Lord to help me inspire others to pray.

Have a blessed day.
