September 30, 2018 Sunday

Father, 

Awe, another Sunday in your house.  I am really struggling as to this cold and should probably stay home, but I will go.  I have Prime Timer Tickets to get to people.  Vicki and Terry will be offering the sermon today as our pastors are at retreat until this afternoon and then tonight is the wind up for Lifetrack #4 putting it all together and I love to see how You turn on the light in their lives at this point. I pray You will give me the energy to make it through this morning. Bless the Sunday School class I will be leading and each woman in the class. May they take to heart the material we will cover and find a new closeness to You. Help me to enjoy leading the class or show me that it is not my gifted area and that I should not go there. Guide my steps today and help me find my sweet spot in serving You. Thank you for the dozen or so ladies that will be making Sunshine Sacks for Dee and Greta. All this I ask in the name of Jesus, Amen.

DAILY PRAYERS:
Prayed for 67 members of my family.
Prayed for 15 ministries in our church - for each member of those groups & their families

Prayed for 13 prayer warriors by name
Prayed for 53 church members by name
Praying for 50 of the lost on our list by name.

Prayed for the personal requests that have been confidentially asked of me to pray.
Prayed forgiveness of any sin I may have committed. I pray for wisdom, guidance and ears to hear and for feet to follow.
Pray for our church to be a house of prayer and the prayer life of the congregation to be elevated.
Prayed for the Salvation Praying Group to increase.
Prayed for the Power Hour of Prayer Group to increase.
Prayed for my new position as one of the Stewards that I am equipped to do a good job.
Prayed for our women's prayer breakfast group WINGS
Prayed for church average attendance to continue to increase to 150 by the end of the year.
Pray for my dear friend Donna every day! Today for her and Ken to be anxious and worry free.

 

PRAISES AND BLESSINGS:

Thank You Father for:
1. Doug and Shirley's help in getting the covering for my tent trailer put up.
2. my sister bringing me yummy soup for dinner because she knows I am struggling with a cold.
3. room on my property to store some plants for my dear friends Donna and Ken.
4. so many women in my church that are working on a loving project with me.
5. the people that have asked me to pray for their needs this morning.

BIBLE READING:  

1 Thessalonians 3:6-11 We are to pray as Paul did for others  that God might increase their love for one another and strengthen their hearts in holiness so they are blameless before God when Jesus returns.

BIBLE SUBJECT STUDY:
Continuing to copy each verse regarding PRAYER, PRAYS, PRAYING from the Bible and I now have 19 books of the New Testament done. When they are compiled I pray for a new insight and understanding and whatever else the Lord desires of me after that work is complete.

LISTENING FOR GODSheri McDaniel asked me to pray for a miracle for her finances. She is in Bend and I feel maybe I could contact the Bend Church to see if they wanted to do a Blessing on them. I will do that this afternoon.
